People usually reach out to me when things are complicated and the advice they are getting does not line up.
Business decisions, financial pressure, and personal responsibilities rarely stay in neat lanes. When they start overlapping, it becomes very easy to make reactive choices that create bigger problems later.
I come from performance-driven environments where decisions, timing, and coordination matter. My background includes financial strategy conversations and business operations, which means I am comfortable stepping into situations with multiple moving parts, multiple professionals involved, and no clear agreement on what should happen first.
Before moving into business and financial strategy work, I spent years in high-pressure performance settings where preparation, execution, and accountability mattered every day, down to the second. That experience still shapes how I work. I stay calm under pressure, ask direct questions, and help people move forward when the margin for error feels small.
What I do best is help organize what is actually happening, identify what is driving the most pressure or risk right now, and put decisions in the right sequence so people are not solving the wrong problem first.
My role is to help connect business, financial, and personal decisions so situations can stabilize and move forward with the right priorities. Depending on what is needed, that can look like short-term decision support or ongoing, fractional-style leadership. I do not replace existing advisors. I work alongside them, helping clients, families, and leadership teams stay aligned so financial, legal, and business decisions happen in the right order and with the full context in mind.
Most of my work comes through referrals because when situations start to feel like they could go sideways, people want someone who can look across the whole picture, stay steady under pressure, and help stabilize things before they unravel.
If you are here because of high school or college athletics, NIL opportunities, or early career decisions, I direct families and young adults to Catalyst Performance Methods, where that work is fully focused. CPM supports real-world readiness, financial literacy, and performance skills for young adults navigating high-pressure transitions.
If you’re dealing with overlapping business and financial decisions and aren’t sure what should happen first, we can start with a working conversation to get organized and map next steps.
